Tallahassee Tents helps with the planning and the layout of your event.  When booking with Tallahassee Tents, the setup and takedown of the tent is included in the price. Tables and chairs are delivered in stacks under the tent or in a pre-determined location. Furniture can be set up by our staff, however, an additional fee may apply.

Rentals are delivered 1 – 3 days prior to your event and picked up 1 – 3 days after your event. If requested, we can deliver and pick up the same day, additional fees may apply.

It is preferred if someone is present the day of install. However, it is not required. As long as the tent location has been marked out by items such as lawn furniture, sticks, etc, you do not need to be present when setting up. We require a phone number so we are able to contact you the day of if needed.

Delivery of rental items is an additional cost. Our delivery fee is based on distance from our warehouse.
